The Library Room, located on the first floor, was most likely the room in which Josiah Sampson received his guests. Located just off the foyer, the Library Room is amply stocked with an interesting collection of books, and offers an excellent atmosphere for reading and relaxing. The iron queen-sized bed, antique end tables, and decorative fireplace foster an air of repose. A rich, deep Oriental rug adds to the sense of luxury. |
