Rebecca's Room Rebecca's Room is located on the second floor and is offered as a queen-size room for two or as a two-bedroom suite with an additional small day-bed, well-suited for a small family, for an additional nightly charge. Located above the original kitchen, this room served as the birthing room and nursery because of the warmth of the cooking fires below. There is a large, newly-renovated bathroom with full bath and shower.

The room overlooks both the front and back lawns, and large windows offer exceptional views of the garden and gazebo. Breezes cool the room throughout the day, and sunlight takes the chill off even the coolest mornings and evenings. The queen-sized bed is complimented by a reading nook and antique dressing table. The room is named for Josiah's niece, Rebecca, who stayed with Josiah when not in school. It was through Rebecca that Josiah met Hannah, who became his wife.

The small additional room adjoins the main guest room and shares the same bathroom. The small daybed is slightly smaller than a twin bed and is most suitable for persons of smaller stature. The additional room has a ceiling fan, but no room air conditioner. The additional room is pictured below to the far right-hand side.
